According to the method, a series of images of a triangular component fixed to a monitored building are obtained through an industrial camera, the series of images are identified and positioned to obtain a triangular area and a center coordinate of the triangular area, and then equation fitting is performed based on the center coordinate and image shooting time; according to the method, the target area group with high accuracy coefficient is determined based on the equation fitting result, and the deformation result of the monitored building is obtained based on the center coordinate of the target area group, so that the real-time monitoring of the deformation condition of the building is realized, and the accuracy of building deformation monitoring is improved.
