The silicon-based solar cell consists of a Si substrate, a SiO2 lower cladding layer, a Si core layer, a SiO2 upper cladding layer and a metal electrode from bottom to top, the Si core layer is a 2 * 2 switch array formed by four micro-rings with silicon-based electro-optical modulators and four straight waveguides according to a CrossBar architecture, the four straight waveguides are vertically arranged in a two-transverse and two-longitudinal mode to form four cross points, the four micro-rings are placed on the upper left portions of the four cross points respectively, the same coupling distances are reserved between the four micro-rings and the two vertical straight waveguides respectively, and the four micro-rings are connected with the silicon-based electro-optical modulators.
