Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a panel and an air conditioner. The panel comprises a panel body, a first reinforcing structure and a second reinforcing structure. The first reinforcing structure and the second reinforcing structure are arranged on the inner side of the panel body and located at the two ends of the panel body in the length direction respectively, a first cavity is defined between the first reinforcing structure and the panel body, and a second cavity is defined between the second reinforcing structure and the panel body. According to the panel, the first reinforcing structure and the second reinforcing structure are located at the two ends of the panel body in the length direction respectively, the first cavity is defined between the first reinforcing structure and the panel body, and the second cavity is defined between the second reinforcing structure and the panel body, so that it can be guaranteed that the panel has high structural strength; and the problem that the panel is difficult to disassem
