Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a B4Cp reinforced aluminum-based composite material with the 100 GPa grade elastic modulus and the 600 MPa grade tensile strength and corrosion resistance and a preparation method. The B4Cp reinforced aluminum-based composite material is characterized by mainly comprising boron carbide particles (B4Cp), a Ti alloying 2000 series aluminum alloy self-made by using commercial 2124Al and pure aluminum. The preparation method of the composite material sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) preparing composite material powder (adding alloy powder for the second time); (2) preparing a composite material ingot; (3) carrying out homogenizing annealing (250 DEG C * 6h + 350 DEG C * 6h + 450 DEG C * 12h furnace cooling); (4) plastic deformation processing (secondary extrusion); and (5) strengthening and toughening heat treatment (500 DEG C * 2h + 525 DEG C * 4h solid solution quenching + natural aging).
