Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an InDel molecular marker co-separated from muskmelon pulp thickness and application of the InDel molecular marker. The InDel molecular marker is obtained by amplifying an upstream primer CmFpt-F as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and a downstream primer CmFpt-R as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The molecular marker primer is co-separated from the pulp thickness character in a natural population, and the amplification banding pattern of the molecular marker primer is also consistent with the pulp thickness phenotype in different breeding materials. The primer pair designed based on the InDel molecular marker and the kit thereof can be used for screening the pulp thickness character of the muskmelon in a budding stage or a seedling stage.
