Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a modeling method for promoting mouse obesity through SLC25A28 and application. The modeling method comprises the following steps: step 1, selection of experimental animals; step 2, construction of an adenovirus SLC25A28 vector and cell infection are carried out; step 3, performing morphological analysis on the adipose tissue; and step 4, protein extraction and Western blotting analysis are carried out. According to the modeling method for promoting mouse obesity through the SLC25A28 and the application, the weight gain and lipid accumulation of the mouse can be promoted, and the mechanism shows that the expression of serum adiponectin protein is remarkably enhanced, and the expression level of serum FGF21 is remarkably reduced.
