The transaminase mutant as shown in SEQ ID NO: 29, which is obtained by carrying out substitution mutation on one or more amino acids in 13th-312th amino acids of wild type transaminase as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, has remarkably improved transaminase activity, can efficiently catalyze 4-chloro-1-(2, 5-difluorophenyl) butyl-1-one to synthesize (R)-2-(2, 5-difluorophenyl) pyrrolidine, is mild in reaction conditions, is high in yield, and can be used for preparing the (R)-2-(2, 5-difluorophenyl) pyrrolidine.
