Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of fen-flavor liquor, in particular to a production and treatment process of zero-purine fen-flavor liquor, which comprises the following steps: adsorbing and removing impurities and adsorbing purine substances by using activated carbon with the particle size of 200 meshes, the iodine value of 900mg/g and the pH value of 2.5; and filtering again by using an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene microporous membrane in combination with diatomite. According to the method, the production of zero purine in the white spirit is realized by improving the process of the fen-flavor white spirit, and compared with the traditional process, the method not only realizes the zero purine level, but also keeps the taste and flavor of the white spirit, and meets the urgent demand of consumers on zero purine and healthy white spirit.
