The invention discloses a superstructure carbon sphere and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a carbon-containing mother solution is taken, 1.0%-10.0% of a modified solution is added according to the mass ratio to be mixed and then subjected to spray forming, and a carbon sphere precursor is obtained; the mass content of carbon in the carbon-containing mother liquor is 5.0%-20.0%; the modified solution comprises one or more than two of methanol, absolute ethyl alcohol and ethylene glycol; and activating the carbon sphere precursor in an activating atmosphere to obtain the superstructure carbon sphere with a porous structure. The particle size, the specific surface area, the pore size distribution and the pore size structure of the superstructure carbon spheres are regulated and controlled by changing the raw materials and proportions thereof, spray forming conditions, activation conditions and the like, so that the removal rate of resistance genes in b
