The preparation method of the hydrogen sulfide adsorbent comprises the following steps: feeding mine solid waste containing alkaline metal oxide into a crusher for crushing to obtain powder with the particle size of 60-75 microns, then conveying the powder into stirring equipment through a conveying pump, adding quicklime powder, a binder and water into the stirring equipment, and uniformly stirring to obtain the hydrogen sulfide adsorbent.
