Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a processed cheese and a method for preparing the processed cheese. The processed cheese comprises cheese cream, milk powder, protein powder, emulsifying salt, a stabilizer, white granulated sugar, a sweetening agent and sweetening essence, the sweetening agent comprises at least one of sugar alcohol and trehalose, and the content of the white granulated sugar is not higher than 10 parts by weight. The processed cheese is small in cane sugar addition amount, good in sweet taste and good in fluidity in a molten state, and the production filling process and the state of a final product are not affected.
