Zusammenfassung: | The present invention pertains to a polymer ion-conducting membrane having an in-membrane ion transport resistance of 100 Omega or less at 25 DEG C, and having a thickness of the membrane after immersion treatment under the following conditions 1 and 2, respectively, of 2.5 times or less of the thickness of the membrane before immersion treatment. (Condition 1) In a solution in which ethylene carbonate (EC) and diethyl carbonate (DEC) are mixed at a volume ratio of 1/1, immersion is performed at 25 DEG C for 24 hours. (Condition 2) In a 0.1 M sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, dipping is carried out at 25 DEG C for 24 hours.
