Zusammenfassung: | The chip for nucleic acid synthesis comprises a plurality of synthesis units, each synthesis unit comprises a plurality of three-dimensional layers, the first layer in the plurality of three-dimensional layers is a synthesis layer of short nucleic acid sequences, and the second layer to the last layer are splicing layers of nucleic acid sequences. Wherein a plurality of synthesis reaction points exist in the first layer to synthesize a plurality of short nucleic acid sequences, and splicing reaction points exist from the second layer to the last layer to sequentially splice the short nucleic acid sequences synthesized in the previous layer into long nucleic acid sequences until the nucleic acid sequence with complete length is generated.
