The system comprises a control unit, an analysis unit connected with electric equipment, and a circuit breaker connected with commercial power. The control unit obtains the working state of the equipment through the analysis unit, and when the equipment is in an idle state, the control unit controls the circuit breaker to disconnect the mains supply and the power supply through the shunt release.
