The high-voltage lithium battery forklift battery cooling control device comprises a water cooling unit, a water cooling controller, a unit water inlet temperature sensor, a unit water outlet temperature sensor, a plurality of battery cell temperature sensors, a plurality of proportional electromagnetic valves and a plurality of battery pack water outlet temperature sensors. By arranging a unit water inlet temperature sensor, a unit water outlet temperature sensor, a plurality of battery cell temperature sensors and a plurality of battery pack water outlet temperature sensors, the temperature of battery cells in each battery pack and the temperature of cooling liquid at different positions outside the battery pack are accurately monitored, and the heat dissipating capacity required by the battery pack
