According to the high-performance samarium-iron-nitrogen composite magnet, crushed magnetic powder is subjected to anti-oxidation modification through a passivation solution and ethyl alcohol, then ferrite powder is added in a combined mode, and tin/tin alloy powder is used as an adhesive to prepare a bonded magnet at the low temperature. The defects in the prior art are overcome, the density of the composite magnet can be improved under the condition that the using amount of the binder is reduced, and the magnetic performance of the magnet is comprehensively improved. 本发明提供一种高性能钐铁氮复合磁体的低温金属粘接制备方法,涉及磁性材料制备技术领域。所述高性能钐铁氮复合磁体为将粉碎的磁粉采用钝化液和乙醇进行抗氧化改性,后联合添加铁氧体粉末,使用锡/锡合金粉末作为胶黏剂在较低温度下制备粘接磁体。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,能够在减少粘结剂的用量情况下提升复合磁体的密度,并且综合提升磁体的磁性能。
