The method comprises the following steps: constructing a total cost model; training a neural network based on the LSTM prediction sequence optimized by the particle swarm algorithm, and establishing a peak-valley electricity price prediction model; establishing a cost discount model and an income model based on the peak-valley electricity price prediction model; and calculating a net income based on the income model and the cost discount model.
