The method comprises the following steps: firstly, analyzing a current logistics transportation scene, and carrying out scene modeling on a distribution network comprising a demand point set, an emergency material center standby site selection point set and a distribution vehicle team set; and constructing an emergency material center site selection-path collaborative optimization model by taking a material center site selection point and a relationship between a path between the site selection point and a demand point and a given path of a distribution vehicle as decision variables.
