Equivalence analysis is carried out on components in a high frequency circuit, key characteristic variables of the circuit are extracted, and a multi-objective optimization model of static power consumption and circuit cost is established; and performing parameter optimization on the multi-objective optimization model by using a genetic optimization algorithm.
