The method comprises the following steps: acquiring cold start time and execution time of each function instance on different nodes in a workflow function chain; determining time delays of the workflow function chain at different nodes according to the cold start time and the execution time of each function instance, and deploying each function instance in the workflow function chain to a corresponding node according to a minimum time delay principle; and according to the resource data of each node and the execution time of the current function instance, dynamically adjusting the nodes to be deployed by the function instance after the current function instance and the starting time. According to the invention, the workflow time delay can be reduced while the system resource consumption is reduced.
