Zusammenfassung: | To realize easy positioning of a comb-like electrode and good heat dissipation efficiency by making a first comb-like electrode and a second comb-like electrode face each other in a thickness direction of a positive characteristic thermistor element assembly. A first comb-like electrode 15 formed in an upper surface of a thermistor element assembly 2 and a second comb-like electrode 18 formed in a lower surface thereof are made to face each other sandwitching the thermistor element assembly 2. Similarly, a second comb-like electrode 17 in an upper surface and a first comb-like electrode 16 in a lower surface face each other sandwitching the thermistor element assembly 2. When a voltage is applied between the first and second comb-like electrodes 15 to 18 of a positive characteristic thermistor 11 of such a constitution, heat is generated between the first and second comb-like electrodes 15, 17 in an upper surface and between the first and second comb-like electrodes 16, 18 in a lower surface. Heat is also generated between electrodes which face each other in a thickness (t) direction of the thermistor element assembly 2. In this case, even if a position of the first comb-like electrode 15 is shifted relevant to an electrode width (w), a minimum distance between the first and second comb-like electrodes 15, 18 is a thickness (t) and the heat generation state is stable. |
