A stay cable force identification method considering boundary disturbance needs to measure cable-beam response, and an existing monitoring system is limited in main beam measuring point and cannot meet the requirement for measuring beam end response of all stay cables. The method comprises the following steps: interpolating a main beam deflection curve equation by using a cubic spline function according to a main beam limited measurement point response through a conversion relation between acceleration response and displacement response, reconstructing the acceleration response of each inhaul cable beam end, then calculating a cable-beam transmissibility function, and estimating cable force and bending rigidity by using a joint recognition algorithm.
