Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a plate splicing and paving construction process. The process comprises the steps that a first plate and a second plate are obtained; bonding and fixing the first plate and the second plate by using an adhesive, and standing until the adhesive is cured to obtain a spliced plate; taking a third plate, and bonding and fixing the third plate with the back surface of the first plate and the back surface of the second plate at the same time; and the front face of the spliced plate is ground and polished, and the ground and polished surface is subjected to waterproof treatment. After the first plate and the second plate are bonded and fixed, the third plate is used for assisting the splicing and fixing of the first plate and the second plate, so that the impact resistance of the spliced plate in the subsequent construction process can be improved, and cracks or breakage at joints is avoided. And waterproof treatment is further performed on the surfaces of the polished spliced plates, and the
