The additive comprises the following components in concentration: 10 to 60 mg/L of sulfur-containing heterocyclic compound, 20 to 70 mg/L of nitrogen-containing polymer compound, 30 to 100 mg/L of block polyether compound and 100 to 150 mg/L of composite high-resistance agent combination.
