The SNP site combination comprises a WMWG1 site to a WMWG6 site. When the SNP site combination provided by the invention is used for identifying the variety of the UMongolia black-bone chicken, the probability that all six SNP site combined genotypes are judged as the UMongolia black-bone chicken is 100%, and as long as one SNP site genotype does not conform to the corresponding genotype of the UMongolia black-bone chicken, the individual can be completely excluded from belonging to the UMongolia black-bone chicken. The method is simple and convenient to operate and high in accuracy, and can effectively strike behaviors of fake UMongolia black-bone chicken products in the market.
