Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for identifying a rice whole genome and separating resistance genes, which takes a rice line with medium disease resistance as a research material, and firstly proposes that all R genes in rice are respectively subjected to single gene knockout by using a gene knockout technology in the range of the rice whole genome; and then carrying out inoculation identification on all knockout lines by utilizing a large number of pathogenic bacteria from different sources, screening to obtain infected strains, and further separating out more disease-resistant R genes. 本发明公开水稻全基因组鉴定与分离抗性基因的方法,以抗病性中等的水稻品系为研究材料,率先提出在水稻全基因组范围内,利用基因敲除技术对水稻中所有R基因分别进行单基因敲除,再利用大量不同来源的病原菌对所有的敲除系进行接种鉴定,筛选获得感病的株系,进而分离出更多的抗病R基因。
