By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, plant flowering time is concentrated, and crop variety breeding and agricultural production are not facilitated is solved. 本发明涉及生物技术领域，提出了蛋白质VvbHLH79在调控植物早花中的应用，为调控植物开花过程；蛋白质VvbHLH79的氨基酸序列是如SEQ ID NO:2所示。通过上述技术方案，解决了现有技术中的植物开花时间较集中不利于农作物品种选育和农业生产的问题。
