In order to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a chemical synthesis method for producing adenosine is complex in process, high in cost and low in extraction rate, the invention provides a bacillus subtilis mutant strain for highly producing adenosine and a fermentation process and application of the bacillus subtilis mutant strain. An HW9801 mutant strain with high adenosine yield is obtained, a fermentation process for producing adenosine is optimized through single factor and response surface tests, and an optimal fermentation process is determined; according to the mutant strain provided by the invention, the adenosine yield is increased by 2.58 times, and compared with a traditional fermentation process, the adenosine yield is increased by 2.88 times through an optimized fermentation process; |
