Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthetic method of medicinal adenine phosphate, which comprises the following steps: adding acetonitrile, pyridine and hypoxanthine into a reaction tank, dropwise adding phosphorus oxychloride at a controlled temperature, reacting to obtain yellow N-purinyl-6-pyridine chloride, then adding the obtained N-purinyl-6-pyridine chloride, purified water and a methylamine aqueous solution into the reaction tank, carrying out Zincke-like reaction, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the medicinal adenine phosphate. Neutralizing with phosphoric acid to obtain an adenine phosphate crude product; and refining the adenine phosphate crude product with purified water to obtain an adenine phosphate refined product, wherein the purity of the adenine phosphate refined product is more than 99.5%.
