Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a NaY molecular sieve by taking kaolin as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating an aqueous solution of cationic starch to gelatinize the aqueous solution to obtain gelatinized cationic starch; (2) mixing kaolin, a dispersing agent, the gelatinized cationic starch and water, pulping, homogenizing, spraying, forming and drying to obtain soil balls; (3) roasting the soil balls obtained in the step (2), roasting part of the soil balls into high soil balls at a high temperature, and roasting part of the soil balls into partial soil balls at a low temperature, and (4) mixing the high soil balls and/or partial soil balls, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, a guiding agent and an external silicon source, uniformly mixing, heating for crystallization, and filtering, washing and drying a crystallization product to obtain the NaY molecular sieve.
