The concrete processing device comprises a supporting assembly, a driving assembly, a driven stirring assembly, a sleeve piece, a discharging assembly and a fixing rod. The supporting assembly is of an annular frame structure, the driving assembly is arranged on the lower portion of the supporting assembly, and the driven stirring assembly is arranged in the supporting assembly in a lifting and rotating mode through the driving assembly.
