Comprising a shell, toes, a telescopic driving assembly and a tensioning driving assembly, the shell is fixedly connected with the tube-climbing robot, the telescopic driving assembly is arranged in the shell, and the telescopic driving assembly is connected with the toes and used for driving the toes to do telescopic motion in the shell; the tensioning driving assembly is connected with the toes and used for driving the toes to be tensioned in the heat exchange pipe.
