Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a welding method and equipment. The welding method comprises the following steps: controlling a magnet exciting coil to generate a magnetic field at a joint of a workpiece; a welding gun is used for conducting arc ignition in the magnetic field to preheat the workpiece; and a stirring piece is controlled to conduct stirring friction welding on the preheated joint so that the workpiece can be melted and the joint can be welded. According to the welding method, the welding speed is higher, the production efficiency is higher, and the production cost can be effectively reduced.
