The invention relates to a stay wire coil winder which comprises a fixing support, an iron wire fixing piece, a rotating crank and a winder body. The winder is connected with the rotating crank, the rotating crank is installed in the rotating shaft seat through the shaft sleeve, the winder rotates along with rotation of the rotating crank, the rotating shaft seat is fixed on the fixed support through the clamping piece, and the iron wire fixing piece is fixed on the fixed support where one side of the rotating shaft seat is located. According to the stay wire coil winder, an iron wire is straightened at the second opening of the iron wire fixing piece and the first opening of the winder, the iron wire is straightened at the second opening of the iron wire fixing piece, the crank is rotated clockwise at a constant speed, then the winder rotates along with the crank, and the iron wire is tightly attached to the surface of the winder and wound into a coil shape. The manufactured iron wire coils are the same in d
