The invention discloses a plate washing machine which is used for magnetic bead purification and comprises a body, a tray and an oscillation motor. The body is provided with a connecting block capable of moving in the first direction, and a threaded sleeve is fixed to the connecting block. The tray can be movably arranged on the body in the first direction, and the tray is used for supporting the microwell plate; the oscillation motor is fixed to the body, and a lead screw is fixed to an output shaft of the oscillation motor.
