Composite collagen-based wound dressing containing rare earth ions and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a composite collagen-based wound dressing containing rare earth ions and a preparation method of the composite collagen-based wound dressing. The composite collagen-based wound dressing containing the rare earth ions is prepared by taking collagen, polysaccharide and a rare earth compound as raw materials. Mixing a rare earth compound with the extracted collagen solution to obtain a collagen-rare earth ion mixed solution, and enabling the solution to have a bacteriostatic effect; dialdehyde polysaccharide prepared through oxidation modification is mixed with a collagen-rare earth ion mixed solution, the dialdehyde polysaccharide serves as a cross-linking agent, after the solution is completely mixed to be uniform, the mixed solution is subjected to freeze drying, and the composite collagen-based wound dressing containing the rare earth ions is obtained. Due to the addition of the dialdehyde polysaccharide, the mechanical strength of the dressing is increased, and the physicochemical pro
