Zusammenfassung: | The fresh processing method comprises the following steps: fresh processing: selecting high-quality fresh Yunnan paris polyphylla which is harvested for 10-14 hours, removing root hair and impurities, and cleaning with clear water for later use; infiltrating: infiltrating the cleaned paris polyphylla with a 1% citric acid aqueous solution for 30 minutes, fishing out, airing and slicing for later use; and drying: firstly drying the sliced paris polyphylla with 210W-230W microwaves for 28-32 minutes, and then freeze-drying at the temperature of-30 DEG C to-40 DEG C to obtain the fresh processed paris polyphylla. The paris polyphylla obtained by the processing method disclosed by the invention is relatively white in color and relatively high in saponin content.
本发明涉及一种中药重楼的产地趁鲜加工方法,包括如下步骤:趁鲜处理:选择采收后10h-14h的优质鲜云南重楼,去除根须和杂质,用清水洗净后备用;浸润:将洗净后的重楼用1%的柠檬酸水溶液浸润30min,捞出,晾干、切片,备用;烘干:将切片的重楼先用210W-230W的微波干燥28-32min,之后在-30℃--40℃条件下进行冷冻干燥,获得趁鲜加工的重楼。本发明加工方法获得的重楼色泽较白,皂苷含量较高。 |
