CCK8 cell viability experiments and cell cycle detection experiments find that 6, 7-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl) chromone can inhibit the cell viability of human lung cancer cells H23, H358 and A549 and retard the cell cycle in the G1 phase, it is verified that 6, 7-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl) chromone has the lung cancer resisting effect, and it is indicated that 6, 7-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl) chromone can be used for preparing a medicine for treating lung cancer. The 2, 7-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl) chromone has an application prospect in preparation of the medicine for treating the lung cancer. 本发明属于医药领域，涉及一种2-(2-苯乙基)色酮衍生物在制备治疗肺癌药物中的应用。本发明通过CCK8细胞活力实验和细胞周期检测实验，发现6,7-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮可以抑制人肺癌细胞H23、H358和A549的细胞活力、将细胞周期阻滞于G1期，验证了6,7-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮具有抗肺癌的作用，表明了6,7-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮在制备治疗肺癌的药物中具有应用前景。
