The invention further relates to a domestic steam treatment appliance, comprising a cooking chamber and an evaporator (1) as described above, the steam outlet connection (12) of the evaporator (1) being fluidically connected to the cooking chamber, and wherein the domestic steam treatment appliance is designed to convey liquid into the receiving space (11) via the water-through connection (3) and out of the receiving space (11) via the water-through connection (3). 本
