At least some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for estimating the position of an electrode and/or electrode assembly of an electroporation ablation catheter using one or more navigation sensors integrated with the catheter. In some examples, the electrode assembly includes a plurality of splines and the navigation sensor is disposed on or integrated with one of the plurality of splines.
