A case for a battery cell includes: a case body; the heat insulation film is arranged on at least part of the outer surface of the shell body, the heat insulation film comprises glass fabric and a fireproof coating, the fireproof coating is arranged on at least one side of the glass fabric, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the heat insulation film at 25 DEG C is smaller than or equal to 0.08 W/mK; and the insulating film is arranged on the outer surface of the shell body and covers at least part of the heat insulation film.
