Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a photovoltaic cell electrode. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) forming a pattern electrode on a substrate by using conductive slurry; and (2) electromagnetic wave radiation is adopted for electromagnetic heat treatment, so that the pattern electrode is dried, cured and sintered. The conductive slurry comprises a mixture formed by any one or more of metal, graphite and organic matter in any proportion; the content of metal and/or graphite and/or organic matters in the conductive paste is 0.05-95%; the viscosity of the conductive slurry is 5 to 600 Pa.S; before the step (2), the electrode pattern can be preprocessed.
