The method comprises the steps of obtaining a three-dimensional point cloud model of a road surface, and performing denoising processing; performing point cloud clustering processing on the denoised three-dimensional point cloud model through a density clustering algorithm, and dividing point clouds in the three-dimensional point cloud model into different point cloud class clusters; constructing a complex neighborhood dynamic graph point cloud classification model based on the dynamic graph network model, and performing point cloud damage classification on different point cloud class clusters; and obtaining volume data and depth information of point cloud damage by using a voxel method, and carrying out overall damage information quantification on road damage.
