The river flow real-time monitoring method comprises the following steps that unmanned aerial vehicle data and field actual measurement data are obtained; generating a three-dimensional digital river channel model; constructing a river width-water level-flow relation curve; tower footing video data and camera parameters are obtained; real-time water surface line extraction; and real-time river width and river flow calculation.
