Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method and a system for generating traffic probability of road sections among urban regions based on a diffusion model, and belongs to the field of smart city traffic. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring a road network map and a track data set of a to-be-monitored city; grid division is carried out on the road network map, and a departure place O area and a destination D area are determined; according to a road network map and a track data set, a feature X = (l1, l2,... li,... lm) is constructed, li represents the passing probability of a road section i, and m is the number of nodes in a node set N in a road network; normalizing the features X of all OD pairs, and dividing the features X into a training set and a test set; constructing an inter-region road section passage probability generation model based on the diffusion model, and respectively completing training and testing of the model; and obtaining road network data in any OD area in a to-be-monitored c
