Comprising the following steps: dividing a shell of the constrained charging system into a small deformation stage, a large deformation stage and an inertial effect stage, and constructing a function of the total surface area of an explosive combustion crack network in the system and the pressure in the shell; and substituting the mass of the gas product, the volume of the small deformation stage system, the volume of the large deformation stage system and the volume of the inertial effect stage system into an ideal gas state equation to respectively obtain models of the internal reaction pressure of the small deformation stage system, the large deformation stage system and the inertial effect stage system and the shell expansion speed relative to time t.
