The method comprises the steps of collecting a vibration signal of a to-be-detected bearing; converting the vibration signal of the to-be-measured bearing into a frequency domain signal of the to-be-measured bearing; obtaining feature information of the to-be-detected bearing, and determining a fault feature frequency range corresponding to the to-be-detected bearing based on the feature information; under the condition that the characteristic frequency of the frequency domain signal is within the fault characteristic frequency range, determining the fault size of the to-be-detected bearing based on the time domain characteristic of the vibration signal; and determining a service life prediction result of the to-be-detected bearing based on the fault size of the to-be-detected bearing.
