Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a creep-resistant high-performance polyethylene fiber as well as preparation and application thereof. The preparation process of the polyethylene fiber comprises the following steps: polymerizing a single-active-center polyethylene catalyst to obtain a polyethylene resin raw material, and extruding the polyethylene resin raw material and an auxiliary agent through a screw extruder at high temperature to obtain a polyethylene undrawn precursor; directly carrying out high-power stretching on the unstretched polyethylene protofilament under a heat preservation condition, and then continuously carrying out high-temperature multi-time hot stretching and rolling to obtain the creep-resistant high-performance polyethylene fiber, namely a target product.
