Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-entropy alloy self-lubricating coating, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out polishing, sand blasting, ultrasonic cleaning and drying on the surface of a metal matrix by using a high-pressure sand blasting machine to obtain a pretreated metal matrix; (2) weighing 0 to 23 wt.% of Ag powder, 0 to 26 wt.% of CaF2/BaF2 irregular-shaped eutectic powder and the balance of spherical CrFeNiAl0. 3Ti0. 3 high-entropy alloy powder, and uniformly mixing by adopting a planetary ball mill to obtain thermal spraying composite powder; (3) loading NiCrAlY powder into a powder feeder, and spraying on the surface of the pretreated metal matrix by adopting an explosion spraying process to form a NiCrAlY transition layer; and (4) loading the thermal spraying composite powder into a powder feeder, and spraying the thermal spraying composite powder on the surface of the NiCrAlY transition layer by adopting an explosion spraying process to form the CrFeNiAl0. 3
