Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses development and application of a molecular marker for rapidly identifying the length of a fruit base of a pomelo fruit, and belongs to the technical field of fruit appearance quality detection. The invention provides a target genome InDel fragment closely linked with the appearance change of pomelo fruits. The nucleotide sequence of the target genome InDel fragment is as shown in SEQ ID No. 1. A set of simple and rapid PCR markers is developed according to the target genome InDel fragment, PCR amplification is performed through the primer pair F and R, and the length of the pomelo fruit base can be identified.
